Our Process:
We have a 30 day process, if outside of that we cannot do anything.
If you are unhappy with any product you receive, please come to us, I promise we get it and there will be ZERO hostility. We ask that you email us a detailed message of what happened to moonlitsuds@gmail.com. It can take 3-5 days for us to respond, as we all work full time on top of running our business. Usually you will hear back from us same day, but just incase we’re swamped please allow us that time frame!
Refunds
Since most of our products are not returnable, once you’ve emailed us, and we determine that it is a valid issue returns will be processed in 7-10 business days.
Examples of valid refund requests:
-skin reaction to any product
-candles will not stay lit
-product arrived damaged
-product did not arrive at all
If there is a different circumstance, WE URGE YOU TO REACH OUT. There are several ways to fix whatever happened, but communication is key <3
